I don’t just coach it.
I've lived it.
I'm Sabrina 👋
And if you've ever been perfectly articulate in a meeting, completely yourself with a client, or the woman everyone turns to when it's time to speak up, only to hit record and suddenly forget how to form a sentence…
Then hi. You're in the right place.
I help ambitious women founders, business owners, and professionals go from best-kept secret to on-camera authority, so they can share what they know, show up with confidence, and become the trusted voice their audience remembers — without faking it or burning out.
And I don't teach this from a textbook.
I've lived on both sides of the camera.
Before I was your coach,
I was the woman behind the camera.
More than 12 years ago, I took a giant leap of faith and moved from New Jersey to Los Angeles without a job lined up…
…or so I thought.
Two days before I was supposed to hit the road for my cross-country move, a company I'd completely forgotten I'd applied to called me.
And just like that, my career in casting and talent began.
For the next three years, I freelance cast reality television shows and development projects across the country —sourcing talent, producing and filming auditions, and editing casting tapes under some seriously tight deadlines.
I was constantly watching people walk in front of my camera and wondering:
Who is going to make me lean in?
Who has something I can't quite put my finger on?
Who feels like themselves?
And who is trying way too hard to give me the "right" answer that I can't actually connect with them?
I didn't have the language for it yet.
But I was learning something that would eventually become the foundation of my entire coaching philosophy:
Magnetism isn't about performing better. It's about connecting more deeply.
Taken the day I left on my roadtrip to Los Angeles.
And then I got in front of the camera myself.
While building my casting career, I was also chasing my own on-camera dreams, working as a host covering red carpet events and conducting celebrity interviews.
Which means I've been that woman, too.
The nerves.
The adrenaline.
The self-consciousness.
The little voice inside my head wondering:
"Do I look weird?"
"Do I sound confident enough?"
"Can they tell I'm nervous?"
And then, every once in a while, you have one of those moments where everything clicks.
You're not thinking about yourself anymore.
You're not trying to perform.
You’re not falling into the comparison trap when trying to compete.
You're just there. In your own lane.
Connected. Present. Grounded.
I've spent years chasing that feeling, studying that feeling, and helping other people find their way back to it, no matter what they do for a living or how their personal life experiences have shaped them.
Then I dove head-first into the world of corporate.
After doing another cross country move back to the East Coast (and without a job lined up this time around, either), I brought my reality television casting and on-camera experience into the world of digital media.
I led and developed the casting department at BuzzFeed's New York City office, establishing casting processes and overseeing talent sourcing for editorial and branded digital projects, as well as for major co-branded events and helped build out in-house creator rosters.
From there, I became the Director (and eventually Senior Director) of Casting and Talent Development at Hearst Magazines, where I worked closely with video teams across both coasts to source and develop original talent for some of the most recognizable brands in media, including Seventeen, ELLE, Good Housekeeping, Men's Health, Harper's BAZAAR, Cosmopolitan, Esquire,
and more.
I cast development projects, digital series, videos, and reality television.
I coached on-camera performances.
I produced hundreds of auditions and talent interviews.
And for years, I had a front-row seat to the same question:
What makes someone impossible to ignore?
And here's what I learned:
It isn't always the person with the most experience.
It isn't the person with the smoothest delivery.
And it definitely isn't the person who looks the most "perfect."
It's the person who makes you feel something.
The person who isn't hiding behind their expertise.
The person who trusts themselves enough to let their personality come through.
The person who feels like a real human being and not like a performance.
Then life gave me my next big leap.
In 2023, I was laid off from Hearst.
At the time, it felt absolutely devastating.
But eventually, I realized it had handed me something I hadn't given myself permission to take before — a blank page, a clean slate and an opportunity to take control of the next chapter of my career.
Or I could’ve go back into the corporate world and start filling out job application after job application...
But because two unemployed, cross-country roadtrips weren’t big enough risks (kidding, of course!), I still decided to take yet another leap of faith.
The kind of leap that makes your stomach flip because there's no guarantee you'll land exactly where you planned. A feeling I knew all too well and one where everything I had thought about doing for three years prior leading up to this moment was about to come to fruition.
In February 2024, Greenlight Talent Coaching was born and I built it during a season of life that was anything but simple.
There was personal grief. There was change. There was marriage. There was pregnancy. And now, there's
mom life and navigating postpartum.
There were beautiful milestones happening alongside heartbreaking challenges.
And somewhere in the middle of all of it, I learned something that now shapes the way I coach:
You don't get to wait for life to become perfectly calm before you become visible.
There will always be something — a busy season, a hard season, a new chapter, or a little voice
telling you that now isn't the right time.
But I don't believe your visibility should require you to become a completely different woman before you can start showing up.
Yes, I'll help you with your on camera presence.
Yes, we'll work on storytelling.
Yes, we'll talk about delivery, strategy, content, and how to actually use video to build your visibility.
But underneath all of that is something deeper:
I want you to feel like yourself when the camera turns on.
Because chances are, you're not struggling because you have nothing to say.
You have a lot to say.
You've built the expertise.
You've lived the experiences.
You've earned the perspective.
You've probably been the person other people come to for advice for years.
But somewhere between who you are in real life and who you become when you know you're
being watched, something gets lost.
That's the gap I help you close.
That’s why I coach the way I do.
From casting talent, to coaching women to be seen.
I've spent my career on both sides of the camera.
I've watched hundreds of people show up at auditions.
I've coached the people who got the opportunity.
I've watched brilliant people disappear behind nerves, perfectionism, and the pressure to "get it right."
And I've experienced that pressure myself.
So no, I'm not here to turn you into someone who only looks good on camera.
I'm here to help you become more fully yourself on camera.
Because your audience doesn't need another polished performance.
They need you.
Your ideas.
Your stories.
Your expertise.
Your point of view.
Your voice.
And the woman who is brave enough to let all of it be seen.
If you're tired of watching opportunities pass you by because you're waiting to feel "ready"...
If you've got something meaningful to say but the camera somehow makes you question everything you know...
If you're ready to stop performing confidence and start building the kind of presence that actually feels like you...
I'd love to meet you.
Because you don't need to become someone else to be magnetic.
You just need to stop hiding the woman who's already there. 💚
Now, I’m in your corner.
